You should get out more..... Minimize

For most apartments, meaningful outdoor space is at a premium. At 1336 N. Dean St., the opposite is true.

In addition to a private front balcony and a rear porch, you also have use of a shared front patio and a huge rear deck. Forget about the rickety wood decks for which this city is (in)famous. This one is all steel except for the walking surface.

Besides the usual chairs and tables, a large umbrella table, a gas grill, and electrical outlets are provided as well. Don’t worry about watering the many plants and flowers: that’s all taken care of for you.

The rear deck faces southwest, so it remains sun-drenched for most of the day -- and most of the year. What better place for an outdoor party or cookout? Or relax on the chaise lounges and soak up the sun. Any time of day, bring your laptop -- 4 outlets on two sides of the deck make it easy to work or surf outdoors!
