One covered parking space is included with your apartment. A second parking space may be available for an additional fee.

At 1336 Dean, Apt. 1 is fortunate to have a large-capacity in-unit washer/dryer.

New quiet Electrolux washer and dryer units were installed in Apt. 2 for private use.
Usable by all but most easily accessed by Apt. 1, the front patio is a nice place for a having a glass of wine, reading a book, or just to sit and enjoy being outdoors.
In addition to a private front balcony and a rear porch, you also have use of a huge rear deck. The deck faces southwest, so it remains sun-drenched for most of the day. What better place for an outdoor party or cookout? Or bring your laptop - 4 electrical outlets on two sides of the deck make it easy to work or surf outdoors under the umbrella!
Like to grill? Then you've come to the right place! Easily accessible via the back stairs you can quickly grill a dinner for two. Or have a get together with friends outside and cook for everyone. The gas is on us.
Each living room looks out on a quiet cul-de-sac with with beautiful trees and other vegetation. Plus, verdant Dean Park and playground is literally steps away from your front door.
Each apartment has a front-facing private balcony accessible from the living room.
